Tokyo Surfboards 'Kokie Sekken'
Ability Level: Intermediate +
Ideal Wave Range: 3-7'
Rail Type: Hard
Fin Set Up: Twinzer and Quad
Rocker: Low, flat is fast
The Kokie Sekken (coke-a sec-en) is a modern twist on the Mini Simmons.
Set up initially to be ridden as a twinzer the design team decided to push a boundry & squeeze a quad option into the construction as well.
The board has a huge planing area with hard thin rails, it's super flat, a rolled V into a subtle double concave into a V off the tail should have you flying along in quite small surf but it wil still offer bite & hold if a bigger set happens to roll through. Think of it as a hipster high performence groveller. As a twiner set up it flows like a mid length, as a quad it can be ridden with a bit more aggression & drive. Twinzer 3-5' quad needed after 5'
Available from 5'2" to 6'4" 23ltr to 45.5ltr, Futures quads with FCS 1 cannard's
